The only time Microsoft forces a Windows 10 feature update is if the one you’re on is nearing the end of support, but that’s not even going to happen with Windows 11. When you check for updates in Windows Update, it simply tells you that a feature update is available if you want it, and you can opt into taking it. This came after a disastrous Windows 10 version 1809 that actually deleted some users’ files.
